Zinc Powder

Zinc is a chemical element with symbol Zn, atomic number 30, and in its elemental form possesses a silver-gray appearance. Zinc is the twenty-fourth most abundant element in the Earth's crust and the fourth most common metal in use. It is mined from sulfidic ore deposits. Zinc has many applications which include galvanizing as an anti-corrosion substance in steel, in die casting of precision components, in making brass, in making paints, in medicine and cosmetics, and as micronutrients for animals, plants, and humans.
